This book reads like a devotional. Its vulnerability drew me in, its practical nature inspired me, and its theology made me even more in awe of the marriage bond with my wife and grateful for the eternal bond with my Lord Jesus Christ. It also made me pick up the phone when I was reading a chapter to tell my wife how much I love her, and I couldn't wait to get home to smooch. And it moved me often to pray to Jesus, "Thank you!"
